APPROVAL TO OPERATE A WASTE RECOVERY FACILITY – R3, R12 AND R13
The decision confirms that BOLE plast s.r.o. is authorised to operate a plastic waste recovery facility using the following activities: R3 – recycling, R12 – waste treatment and R13 – storage of waste prior to recovery.
The facility’s permitted annual processing capacity is 2,500 tonnes of waste. The approval is valid until 30 June 2031.

APPROVAL OF THE OPERATING RULES – R3, R12 AND R13
The decision approves the operating rules of the BOLE plast waste recovery facility for the recycling, treatment and storage of plastic waste through activities R3, R12 and R13.
The operating rules define the procedures for receiving, inspecting, processing, recycling and storing plastic waste at the company’s facility.
